Her Power Circle (HPC) Membership Terms & Conditions


1. Membership Agreement: By enrolling in a Her Power Circle (HPC) Membership, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, which govern your participation in the membership program.

 

2. Membership Levels & Fees
HPC offers three membership tiers:

  • Friendship Circle (Free) – No cost

  • Sistership Community – $79/month ($948 annually)

  • Circle of Sisters – $129/month ($1,548 annually)

All paid memberships are annual commitments, with payments processed monthly. By joining, you commit to a full year of membership, regardless of payment frequency.

3.  SMS Marketing: 

  • Her Power Circle

  • Message and data rates may apply.

  • You may receive up to 3 messages per month.

  • You may unsubscribe at any time by texting the word STOP to (000) 000-0000. You may receive a subsequent message confirming your opt-out request.

4. Payment Terms

  • All payments are automatically processed on a recurring monthly basis via the payment method provided at registration.

  • You authorize HPC to charge your payment method each month until your membership term is complete.

  • HPC is not responsible for any fees incurred due to insufficient funds, expired payment methods, or bank processing errors.

5. No Refund Policy

  • All membership payments are final and non-refundable.

  • No refunds, partial refunds, or cancellations will be issued, regardless of usage or participation level.

  • If a payment fails, your access to HPC benefits may be suspended until the outstanding balance is settled.

6. Membership Renewal & Cancellation

  • Memberships automatically renew annually unless canceled before the renewal date.

  • If you choose not to renew after your 12-month commitment, you must submit a cancellation request at least 30 days before your renewal date.

  • Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle; you will retain access until that time.

7. Membership Benefits & Access: Membership benefits vary by tier and may include access to exclusive events, coaching sessions, networking opportunities, and digital resources. HPC reserves the right to update, modify, or discontinue benefits at its discretion, with notice to members.

8. Code of Conduct: As a member of HPC, you agree to:

  • Engage respectfully with the community.

  • Maintain a positive and supportive environment.

  • Refrain from any form of harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior. Failure to adhere to these guidelines may result in termination of membership without a refund.

 

9. Liability Disclaimer: HPC provides coaching, networking, and educational resources but does not guarantee specific results. Members participate at their own discretion, and HPC is not liable for any personal, business, or financial outcomes.


10. Updates to Terms & Conditions: HPC reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued membership constitutes acceptance of any modifications.
